As I was driving to work today, I saw a truck with a bumper sticker that said, “Dirty Hands Clean Money.” For the longest time, I could only read the first three words. I did not know what the last word could be. The one thing I thought of was “Heart.” I finally got close enough and saw the word “Money.” Of course, it was something I didn’t like. I would have seen it right away if it made sense to me. Perhaps it was a reference to dirty money, but I really don’t know. I looked it up just now, and it is from a clothing line. The founders came from jobs where they got their hands dirty. Their outfits are for people who also have dirty jobs. The jobs are dirty, but they pay the bills. That will teach me to comment on something I don’t understand.
Speaking of dirty hands, let’s talk about the men’s restroom. While I was in the restroom, I heard someone leave another stall and fasten his belt. I waited for the sink to be used or the soap dispenser to dispense, but I heard nothing. This is something I notice all the time in the restroom, but coming from a stall, fastening your belt, and not washing your hands is the extreme version of unclean. At the very least, I wash my hands because of all the things I touched before I went to the restroom. If I do something that requires me to undo my belt, something dirty happened that needs cleaning.
Men do things when women are not around that make me want to give back my male membership card. If I can go into a restroom without other men in it, I will always prefer that. I don’t feel uncomfortable in my body, but I definitely understand people who feel uncomfortable and scared when in a men’s restroom. If you don’t act like these disgusting dudes, why would you want to subject yourself to them to take care of a basic human need. They don’t need to be disgusting A-holes in the restroom, but we all need to use the restroom from time to time. I’m happiest when I can use a single person restroom.
I’m listening to Michael Jackson on the radio right now so that’s what I’m going to talk about. Someone in a podcast referred to him and said they were “in no way endorsing pedophilia”. When did he suddenly get convicted of that? I guess it is enough that he was weird and they made accusations about him. Unlike the women who accuse men in power who have everything to lose, the accusers of Michael have everything to gain. If a world famous black person did anything close to what they are accusing him of, we would charge the parents of the kids for letting it happen. If they say they were silenced by Michael’s people, they are lying liars from Lie Town. The press was always looking to bring up any stories about him. Not one parent wanted to cash in on this when it was supposedly going on? This is why I don’t watch the news. All you get from it is people’s accusations of other people with no facts to back up any assertions made. Someone’s words are not facts. Taking the word of fame seeking parents is not my idea of good journalism.

I saw a work truck on the freeway that said “All-American Asphalt.” If that doesn’t represent everything that’s wrong with America, I can’t think what it would be. It’s nationalism, climate change, and capitalism all rolled into one horrible American company. We wouldn’t have the roads we have without asphalt. It’s a necessary part of the current system of roads we have today, but it’s not something to be proud of. I don’t think pride is ever a good thing. It’s part of that competitive crap that has already ruined the world. Happy Holidays!
